Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services provided, ACADEMY SIX DM and I Am Sonya maintains a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in effect without exceptions and includes the following specific terms.

Access and Waiver

Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to the program. This access constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.

Chargebacks and Service Termination

If a chargeback is initiated against, I AM SONYA or ACADEMYS SIX DM for any transaction, your access to the program and any associated services will be immediately revoked. This action is non-reversible, and reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

Access Issues

The inability to access the program immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to ensure continuous accessibility to our services, and temporary access issues are typically resolved promptly. Please contact our support team for assistance if you encounter any access problems.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded. If you use a third-party lender, even one suggested by us, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.
